Fitness Training and Advice...
Chris Hill Community Sports now offers personal fitness
sessions and advice. CHCS offers sessions in all you could
want in the way of health, fitness and sport performance.
With personal fitness training and advice, the coach leads
you through a fitness session, making sure that you
perform the correct exercises and that you work at the
correct intensity. These sessions can be performed in your
own home or anywhere which is convenient for the client
and the instructor, like a local park or even around the
streets.
CHCS is passionate about exercise and its benefits! Let's
face it, not everyone enjoys exercise and our aim is to
fulfil our clients needs, in a safe and relaxed
environment. In an initial meeting we establish
your likes and dislikes, ask about previous exercise
history and the equipment you have available. From this we
can design sessions for you as an individual.
For example, kickboxing is one of the favourites for our
male and female clients and is excellent for weight loss
and toning. Some clients enjoyed playing football, tennis
or badminton and so the personal training sessions
included these sports. CHCS believe in the adoption of
regular exercise through means other than just going to
the gym. We also encourage our performers to get back into
the social sports arena where they can get back playing and
training regularly again if they want.
Before we start any exercise CHCS offers FREE INITIAL
CONSULTATION. This is a relaxed meeting of about 45
minutes where we discuss what our aims are and how they
can be achieved. We will also check basic medical
information such as blood pressure, height and weight.
There is no obligation to continue with personal training.
Sessions We Offer...
One To One Sessions - One To One fitness sessions
are very much at the clients discretion, for example it
could be a purely practical session or it could be a
question and answer session - the client gets to decide
what goes on with the coaches' guidance. These sessions
last for one hour and cost JUST £13.
One To Two Sessions - One To Two sessions are
exactly the same in terms of content as One To One
sessions however these give the client the option to share
their training session with a training partner and can
therefore reduce the costs. These sessions last for one
hour and cost JUST £20.
Bookings made for any of these sessions can be changed or
cancelled up until the day before the appointment.
Cancellations will not be accepted on the day of the
appointment unless in extreme circumstances, in which case
it will be at CHCS' discretion.
Before an appointment, please observe the following
guidelines.

Arrive at you
appointment ready to exercise.

Wear comfortable loose
fitting clothes - shorts and tee shirt are advised.

Avoid alcohol, tobacco
and coffee for at least three hours before your
appointment.

If you have a cough,
cold, or flu symptoms you MUST cancel the appointment
and reschedule it when you are better.
Please remember that we
can design packages to suit your needs and budgets and
also provide block bookings, so if you need something
